1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

• Billing errors resulting in incorrect charges.
• Technical issues that prevent access to paid services.
• Duplicate payments made due to system or transaction errors.

   

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Cancellation requests made after the billing cycle starts.
• Partial use of monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.
• Enterprise or project-based agreements, unless specifically mentioned in the contract.
• Payments made towards land/property bookings, which are subject to separate project-specific agreements and terms.

   

3. Refund Process

• To request a refund, email us at info@kuhugroup.in with your transaction details.
• All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
• Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used for the transaction.
